Relevant departments replaced the old standard GB/T9473-2008 with GB/T 9473-2017.


  The new standards for the GB/T 9473-2017 test report of table lamps are as follows;


  1.GB/T 9473-2017 standard of detection range


   GB/T 9473-2017 is suitable for reading and writing desk lamps in homes, offices, classrooms and similar places, and belongs to low beam eye protection desk lamps.


   2. Classification of lamp


   According to the degree of classification, lamps and lanterns such as table lamps can be divided into A-level and AA-level.


  3. Performance requirements for eye protection lamps


   GB/T 9473-2017 This standard stipulates that tungsten filaments, fluorescent lamps or LEDs are used as light sources, and their performance requires that the power supply voltage does not exceed 250V for reading and writing purposes, such as low-beam eye protection desk lamps.


  A. Safety performance test requirements: lamps must meet the requirements of GB 7000.204;


  B. Radio disturbance characteristic test: Must meet the requirements of GB/T 17743;


  C. Power supply harmonic current limit test: Must meet the requirements of GB 17625.1;


  D. Electromagnetic radiation test of lamps and lanterns to human body: should meet the requirements of GB/T 31275;


  E. Photobiological safety test: The blue light hazard category assessed by IEC/TR 62778 for lamps using LED power supply shall not exceed RG0.2;


  F. Light source and control device test of lamps and other lamps.
