Bhutan BICMA is the Bhutan Information, Communication and Media Authority. BICMA is a unified regulatory agency responsible for the supervision of Bhutan's information, communication and media departments. All communication equipment entering Bhutan needs to obtain the import technology license BICMA certification. BICMA certification is a compulsory certification requirement. It does not require local testing and requires a local agent. The certificate is valid for a long time under the condition of unchanged regulations.
