The European Authorised Representative (European Authorised Representative) refers to a natural or legal person explicitly designated by a manufacturer located outside the EEA (including EU and EFTA) in the European Economic Area. The natural or legal person can represent the manufacturer outside the EEA to perform the specific duties required by the relevant EU directives and laws for the manufacturer.
When exporters outside the EU encounter any problems in customs clearance, the European representative will help the exporter communicate with the customs and solve the problem, and the customs usually also require communication with the exporter's European representative. When the exporter's product has any problems in the process of selling in the European Union, Oudi assists to solve the problem. Therefore, Oudi assumes certain risks. The higher the exporter's export product risk, the higher the risk Oudi bears.
